ABOUT JME STRCHILD

Born at the onset of funk, hard rock, and hip-hop eras, JME STRCHILD's sound is a carefully crafted mixture of all three genres. His music simultaneously calls to his heroes from the past while including elements from today's musical innovations.

Do you want to write songs or need help refining songs you’ve already written? In this workshop, you’ll learn the parts of a song, how to make it authentic to your experience, and how to enhance your lyrics. Feel free to bring an instrument with you (but not required). Participants are encouraged to attend both sessions. Register for Songwriting II at bplct.org.

I had to let the feeling settle in before I said anything, so here goes…

I am so grateful for being able to make music with these talented and caring musicians. They helped bring the songs from my newest album come to life in a way that I could have only imagined. It was a bonus to share them with a receptive crowd for the #Wimbash at @blackeyedsallys last week.

Much love to @tonooch9470 @onenaashun @theprofessorpocket for your belief in these songs. It took a while to get here, but it’s all coming full circle.
